Ordering any items with Q PLUS is as easy as 1..2..3

Simply register your consumer or business profile and view our online shop to make your selection of items and choice of product. 

Our easy to use WooCommerce  check-out cart is integrated with PayFast, one of South Africa’s best Payment Gateways. PayFast accepts all major cards, such as VISA and Mastercard  up to and including R15 000-00 per transaction and instant EFT  with banks in RSA. 

Q PLUS also offers MobiCred, an installment friendly based solution for larger transactions up to R35 000-00 depending on your MobiCred profile 

As soon as you have completed your payment and check-out process, you will receive a confirmation of your order and our Team will start prepping your parcel for delivery with MDS Collivery.

MDS offers our clients nationwide delivery to all main, regional and rural areas within the RSA. Delivery on standard sized goods can take anything between 24 hours to five (5) days, depending on the option you selected for your delivery address.  

Using the tracking waybill number, of your MDS Collivery, you can easily track the status of your parcel or simply email us at hello@qplus.co.za for one of our customer Care Agents to assist you. 

Something wrong with your parcel? Q PLUS has a no-nonsense policy with the returning or exchanging of items, within 7 days of receipt of the item, due to factory default or covered by manufacturer warranty or guarantee. 

Simply  return your item to our closest Q PLUS parcel hub and we’ll do our very best to get your parcel sorted as quick as we can.

Unfortunately one size does not fit all and it’s always important to check the product descriptions and sizing recommendation of our brands’ sizing charts.
